Katy travelled to Venezuela in 1998 and there discovered an extraordinary cycle of stories from creation to the coming of the white men. The performance draws on the history and myth of a tribe from the Orinoco region. "Creation, shape-shifting, love, death, the presence of the ancestors, the movement between inner and outer worlds... all the raw components of epic myth are present in Katy Cawkwell's poetic retelling of this archaic Venezuelan story" (Hugh Lupton) The show is in two 45 minute halves and is not suitable for under 10s.
